Luxurious boutique villa designed for 8 people located in the southern province of Sri Lanka, near Unawatuna and the Galle-Fort and the gorgeous golden sandy beaches (easy swimming even for children) as well as many places of interest in the surroundings of the villa(1).
In the living room, the relaxation area will allow you to enjoy the library, comfortably installed in the lounge area, unless you prefer a cinema session on a large flat screen (multi language programs available).

Infinity pool of more than 50 'by 27' (more than 15 X 8 meters) with Jacuzzi for your relaxation. Ayurvedic Massage and Yoga available (on request).

On the terrace, deckchairs are waiting for you as well as tables, chairs and armchairs, either to enjoy your breakfast and your meals or simply to enjoy the permanent spectacle of the very large tropical garden with a breathtaking view of the rice field where you can watch the ballet peacocks and multicolored birds.
The fully equipped kitchen (gas 5 fires, refrigerator, freezer dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, barbecue, plancha...) will allow you to cook or order your meals at our catering service (international or Sri Lankan cuisine).
We can also offer lunch and dinner (in addition) in the dining room or on the terrace.

Visit the Galle-Fort (world heritage of humanity for its exceptional architecture), or along your walk you will discover superb shops for quality shopping and many restaurants with fine cuisine. Do not miss a cruise on Kogalla Lake and its 9 islands. On the beaches, according to your taste, you can enjoy fishing, diving, surfing, water sports, snorkeling, canoeing, jet ski, or touring with a transparent bottom to admire many exotic fish and corals. You can explore the rain forest in the jungle and the mangrove. We can also organize a cruise to admire the blue whales and hordes of dolphins. You can discover beautiful tea plantations or cinnamon, botanical gardens, turtle farm. We can organize day trips to Udawalawa or Yala national parks : elephants, crocodiles, gazelles, leopard, etc... in the program !
Our staff is at your service throughout the day. The villa and rooms are cleaned daily. Our staff can cook for you and wash and iron your clothes. The water of the spacious swimming pool with jacuzzi is daily controlled. Breakfasts, cleaning and linen and towels are included, as well as air conditioning in the rooms, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
No stress on arrival and departure : if you wish, we can pick you up at the airport (by the motorway). Free covered garage.
Your en-suite bedroom
4 very large en-suite bedroom (more than 355 square feet, 33m2), each with it's private bathroom with a bath and free toiletries.
The 4 bedrooms are composed of king size bed (180 x 210 cm) with mosquito net. Bedding and linens are top quality. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, an office area and a lounge with flat screen satellite television, inverter silent air conditioning, ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, hair dryer, kettle, etc... Each room has a private bathroom with solar hot water and a private toilet. It may be possible in each room to add an extra bed.

If it your first time in Asia, tuk tuk is a particular vehicle that you can rent easily (we can book it for you, and you found it anywhere in visiting places). The price is generally from 1, 5 $US to 3 $US.
